By using Xevio you agree to these terms.
What Xevio is
A productivity and accountability tool. It is not a medical, mental health, or therapeutic service.
Your account
You are responsible for maintaining your account security. Do not share your password.
Payments
Pro plan is billed monthly or annually. You can cancel anytime. Refunds are handled case by case — contact support within 7 days of charge if you believe there is an error.
Acceptable use
Do not use Xevio to harm others, distribute spam, or attempt to reverse-engineer the platform.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Liability
Xevio is provided as-is. We are not liable for missed goals, productivity outcomes, or data loss beyond our reasonable control.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Canada.
